Need help for Energizing Wind and Punishing Shot - Guild Wars Forums

Hi everyone,
I have surfed of what they called elite websites whatsoever but one thing that they don't have and need to update is....

1. The complete explored map (none of these four elite sites have that great map (including droknar, fire island))

2. Information of skill capping or getting skills through quests. I have tried both in game and finding through website but I can't find anything helpful about getting Energizing Wind (beast mastery) and Punishing Shot ( elite markmanship)

Would any of you kindly explained the location, boss, and anything that you know about those two ranger spells? Thank you in advance.
